Play Ball!

I always find preventive care to be much more fun and decidedly cheaper than reactive care when it comes to most things in life. Taking preventative care of your feet is as simple as placing a tennis or golf ball under your desk at work and under the seat of the place you sit most at home.

As we age we tend to get stiff unless we do things to stay limber and rolling/massaging your foot over a ball is a great way to maintain and improve the flexibility of your feet. This flexibility helps to ward off plantar fasciitis and arthritic stiffness around the joints of the foot and ankle. It also happens to feel great!

So, go ahead and play ball at work and at home daily for happier tootsies in the years to come.
